Hangtown Halloween Ball just unleashed the first wave lineup announcements for their 4th annual harvest celebration including 3-nights ofRailroad Earth along with the Meter Men featuring Zigaboo Modeliste, Leo Nocentelli, George Porter Jr. with special guest Robert WalterLeftover Salmon featuring Bill Payne of Little Feat, ALOJeff Austin Band featuringDanny BarnesRoss Martin and Eric Thorin, The Motet (original and Jamariquai set), Poor Man’s Whiskey,Robert Walter’s 20th Congress and many more. The 3-day event takes place at the El Dorado Fairgrounds in beautiful Placerville, California -- at the gateway of the High Sierras from October 24-26, 2014.
With featured entertainment spanning multiple genres of music, The 4th annual Halloween event features far more than just three chances to get costumed, groove to great music, and get a little wild under the harvest moon. The campout also takes place in a picturesque setting (at the gateway of the High Sierras), replete with running water, hot showers and colorful festival ambiance that a holiday like Halloween demands.

Hosted by Railroad Earth and the great team at Pet Projekt, Hangtown Halloween Ball is known for creating a fantastic Holiday themed getaway for festival goers of all ages including colorful ambiance and Halloween themed art installations into the overall production. The three-day event will also feature a number of family oriented activities for children of all ages including workshops, costume and pumpkin carving contests held throughout the weekend.
